Melissa Seaton, MSN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner at The Roxbury Institute’s Diagnostic and Preventative Center in Tucson, Arizona, where she collaborates with Dr. Karen Herbst in the diagnosis and treatment of lipedema and other adipose tissue disorders. With over a decade of healthcare experience, Melissa specializes in integrative and preventative medicine, blending evidence-based care with functional medicine principles to optimize patient outcomes. She is currently completing the A4M Functional Medicine Fellowship, further expanding her expertise in root-cause approaches to health and disease prevention. Passionate about advancing awareness of lipedema, Melissa helps patients achieve lasting improvements in health, function, and quality of life through individualized, whole-person care.
